This 35-year-old physician had a small frame. She wished to be augmented from her present A-cup size to a C-cup size. A mole was removed from her right chest. The cleavage appears natural and the tightened skin envelope has smoothed out her areolae, which no longer appear collapsed. A breast augmentation stretches the areola about 1 centimeter. Implant type: Mentor textured, round, saline-filled, submuscular, inframammary, 300 cc. Three months post-op.
