Fifty years old white female from New Jersey. Presents deepened Naso labial folds, marionette lines and “indented” border of the mandible. She made it clear during her consultation that conservative augmentation was her goal. She underwent treatment of the naso labial folds, corners of the mouth and the jaw line with Juvederm® Ultra Plus mixed with local anesthetic. She was very comfortable during the procedure. Virtually no bruising occurred; the post operative pictures are taken 10 days after the procedure.
