    23 years old female from New Jersey with severe form of tubular breasts. She was seen at our office in Basking Ridge. She was concerned that her breasts were source of social embarrassment. She underwent reconstruction and of tubular breasts with Natrelle style 15 Silicon field smooth breast implants. The postoperative result is shown 2 years after the procedure.
