    This 46 year old limo driver had some sagging and deflation after child bearing. She underwent breast restoration with 330 cc saline implants under the muscle and also a vertical breast lift to improve the shape of the breast and the position of the nipple. She has done very well postoperatively and loves the way her chest fits with her feminine curves.
