    This patient had a modified tummy tuck performed by another surgeon. Her scar was too short, leaving dog ears (excess skin hanging over the incision) on both sides of her scar. Dr. Squires did a revisional tummy tuck, lengthening the scar a little to get rid of the dog ears and allowing him to make the abdomen muscles tighter, overall improving her contour.
