    This 36-year-old Asian female wanted to have a breast lift alone. This procedure corrected her sagging and elevated the breast mound. The nipple is now correctly positioned atop the breast. Small implants are often recommended in this situation to add convexity to the upper poles. Without implants, the contour of the upper poles tends to be linear, as seen on the side view.
