    40 year old male retired from professional boxing, having had repeated nasal fractures and surgeries with severe collapse of the nose. A mold of the reconstruction needed had been created, sterilized and used as a guide for carving the harvested rib cartilage. Post op picture shows a natural contour and correction of the collapse.
