This 36-year-old woman developed asymmetry and sagging after having two children. She had to wear a D-cup bra to accommodate her larger right breast and she underfilled the left bra cup. A weight of 112 grams of breast tissue was removed on the right and only 8 grams on the left, making her a full C-cup size on both sides. She was treated with a 240 cc saline implant on the right and 290 cc on the left. Marked asymmetry is best treated with this combined approach.
