35-44 year old woman treated with Ear Surgery

This patient underwent Otoplasty ("ear pinning") surgery to correct prominent ears. The ear was lacking a well defined antihelical fold. Surgery consisted of the precise placement of sutures to create a sharper and more noticeable antihelical fold. Note the improvement in the position and aesthetics of the ear after surgery.
