High SMAS Facelift, Endoscopic Browlift, Chin Aug, Fat Transfer, Erbium Laser, Rhinoplasty

Patient is a 61 year-old female who has noticed in the recent past that she is losing the definition of her cheekbones, jawline, and neck, and that her face has become progressively gaunt appearing. She is very athletic, and does not wish to put on weight. 

Procedure: High SMAS Facelift, lateral endoscopic browlift, partial removal of superficial submandibular glands, chin augmentation, autogenous fat transfer to the face for a total of 22 cc including lower eyelids, nasolabial folds, cheekbones, jawline, and lips. The patient also underwent full face erbium laser resurfacing and a rhinoplasty.
