Fat Grafting to Buttocks

    38 year old female with desire for more prominent and elevated buttocks. Fat was harvested from each flank, medial and lateral thighs and medial knees. The purified fat was then injected into the buttocks with 370 cc of fat into the left buttock and 450 cc into the right buttock (due to slight asymmetry).
