Background: This man, in his fifties, had moderate fat and loose skin under his eyes and around his neck. He had started to feel the effects of gravity to his face. He consulted about liposuction for his face and neck, as well as a facelift. After careful evaluation, Dr. Mabrie discussed combining the facelift with fillers to his cheeks and chin. Procedure: Facelift and lower lip blepharoplasy (eyelid surgery). He also performed non-surgical cheek augmentation and chin augmentation, with the use of fillers.
