    This patient was unhappy with the size of her nose as well as the width. When she smiled she said her nose would spread across her face and wanted to have this fixed. She wanted a natural subtle change that would soften her features. She not only had an open Rhinoplasty procedure but also Septoplasty and Turbinectomy.
