Patient post childbirth of 2 children wanted to regain her breast shape. Anatomically, patient has a wide chest wall which complicates the options. Dr. Reddy performed breast augmentation with 450 cc Natrelle High Profile Breast Implants placed submuscular with areolar incision using Natrelle gel-filled smooth round high profile (Style 20) 450 cc breast implants. For smaller incisions, Dr. Reddy utilized a Keller Funnel.
