    This lady had a complaint of a bump on her nose and a large nasal tip. She also had recurrent nasal bleeding and infections from a septal perforation. This was a complication from a previous surgery by another surgeon. She desired a smaller, more refined nose and repair of her septal perforation. She underwent rhinoplasty
