    This patient desired a more youthful appearance to her breasts.  After discussing her options we decided to proceed with implant exchange going to silicone and slightly larger, capsullorhapy (pocket repair) since her pockets were too large at the bottom and side as well as a breast lift. She is now about 6 months following surgery and look great.
