This attractive, petite 25 year old woman was unhappy with her love handles and desired a more shapely and rounded buttocks and is seen just 6 weeks after her Brazilian Butt Lift! Fat grafts were taken from the hips and transferred to the central buttocks to correct the deep depressions and achieve a smooth, rounded contour. A technique call fat transfer allows the placement of living fat to be harvested from one site and transferred to any part of the body. The results are amazing and are permanent! The buttocks are supple and have nothing but the patient's own natural fat! Since she was so small, she required only 100 cc of fat grafts to fill the buttocks to create the natural contour and the good news is that additional fat can be placed again should she desire even more volume in the future! This is a wonderful example of where creating SHAPE is just as important as volume. The result show wonderful correction of the irregularity - and no bumps or hardness is seen or felt! A more youthful shape has been achieved...a look that beckons the turn of the head without betraying the hand of the surgeon.
