This 34-year-old young mother of 1 child wanted her breasts to look fuller and more feminine, yet natural. After pregnancy and nursing, she had lost breast volume and was unhappy with her small B-cup size. The Dr. performed the surgery by concealing the incisions in the breast fold. Because this patient was thin and had very little of her own breast tissue, he placed 290 cc silicone gel breast implants under the pectoral muscles, giving her natural looking results.
