This 50 year-old woman wore a B-cup bra and desired to regain her fuller breast shape from her youth. In her procedure the Dr. placed two 325cc silicone-gel implants in the "dual-plane" position, under the mammary gland and behind part of the pectoralis muscle of each breast. This patient's new breast shape nicely fills out her upper half, and she is very pleased to be able to wear a full C-cup bra.
