This healthy, active 37-year-old female wanted breast enhancement surgery. During her initial consultation, she expressed dissatisfaction with her breast volume and wanted to obtain natural-looking, fuller breasts for enhanced cleavage and an improved silhouette. Because this patient had excellent breast and nipple symmetry, the Dr. recommended smooth, round saline implants filled to 230cc and positioned using the "dual plane" approach. Her results look natural, and her breasts show greatly improved contour.
