38 year old female, unhappy with overall facial appearance and desires a dramatic change. A buccal lipectomy, rhinoplasty, facial fat grafting, and neck liposuction was performed at the same time to improve the shape and size of her nose, improve contouring to her cheeks, and restore lost volume to the midface and temples.
