29 year old with nasal obstruction, concernsabout dorsal hump, bulbosity, overprojection and drooping
nasal tip, with weakness of chin and submental fullness.She underwent open rhinoplasty with rib
cartilage harvest, septoplasty, chin implant and submental liposuction.Nine month follow up photos demonstrate
improved chin projection and neck contour with improvement in tip bulbosity,
dorsal hump reduction and decreased tip projection.
