    The patient had neck laxity with platysmal banding as well as jowling and loss of fat in the face creating a hollowing effect. The patient had a facelift combined with a neck lift and fat transfer to the face using about 20cc of fat on each side of the face. The procedure was done under local taking about two hours and forty five minutes.
