    This 25 yr. old patient felt that her nose was too wide and too close to her face. Based on her goals, I did an open Rhinoplasty approach and did not remove anything from the bridge or dorsum of her nose. I placed a strut graft from her septal cartilage, narrowed both the bones and the nostrils and contoured the tip by suturing.
