    Procedures were posterior repair, perineoplasty, vaginoplasty, linear labiaplasty. All performed in office surgical suite under "local" anesthesia. Patient walked out of office 20 minutes after surgery, had lunch, took a pain pill, stayed in a local motel, and flew home to Oregon 2 days after her surgery.
