75-year-old man with a long history increasing sebaceous hyperplasia and rhinophyma involving the tip and lower third of the nose. Patient’s nasal surface was thinned with radiofrequency electro-cautery and fine sculpting was achieved with CO2 laser resurfacing. Subsequent intense pulse light (IPL) was used for additional improvement of color. *Individual patient results will vary
