This 65 year old female was diagnosed with right breast cancer and underwent bilateral mastectomy. Two-stage reconstruction was performed. At the time of mastectomy, tissue expanders were placed with Alloderm sling. After full expansion, she was switched to anatomic, form-stable (gummy bear) silicone gel implants (410MX 550cc). Fat grafting to the upper pole was also performed at the second stage. Her 3 month postoperative photographs are shown.
