    Patient underwent bilateral breast augmentation with placement of 375 cc smooth round high profile silicone gel implant on the right and 400 cc on the left. Implants were placed behind the muscle and a vertical mastopexy was performed at the same procedure. Her bra size changed from 34A to 34C.
