Submuscular Breast Augmentation with Pursestring Mastopexy

This patient presented to our office with a desire to increase her breast size. It was apparent that a breast lift was necessary. The patient chose a Pursestring Mastopexy with 450cc Moderate Plus submuscular saline implants.
