    Excessive lower anterior crowding, upper anteriors are severely protruded, upper laterals are lingually displaced, Open bite and midline shift. Patient has had 4 prior consultations over the years.. They all rejected his treatment with invisalign and recommended braces and did not even guarantee near ideal results. Before and after photos and radiograph showed excellent results.
