Rhinoplasty

This patient underwent functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty. From a functional standpoint, the patient had complaints of chronic nasal obstruction even after two prior septoplasty surgeries by another surgeon. From a cosmetic standpoint, the patient was unhappy with a hump on the bridge of her nose. She also felt her tip was drooping, especially in photos when smiling. The patient also felt the nose appeared crooked. Following surgery, the patient finally was able to breath through her nose without any signs of obstruction. She also very pleased with her cosmetic results. Note the smooth appearance of the nasal dorsum (bridge of nose), correction of the droopy tip, and more symmetric appearance to her nose.
