    The patient underwent a butt implant revision. She has had two previous surgeries out of state for her butt augmentation. She had concerns with the placement of her implants as she has ptotic skin at the base of her buttock. She had her previous implants removed, the pocket corrected and 548cc round silicone implants placed.
