25-34 year old woman treated with Brow Lift

    28 year old woman referred to me with a right forehead defect following Mohs excision of skin cancer. I noticed she had a very high hairline, and relatively low eyebrows (her left greater than her right) so I decided to repair the defect by performing a trichophytic browlift which lowered her hairline and improved her brow position and symmetry. There is no visible scar. No revision surgery performed.
