This 23 year old male has been bothered by gynecomastia since his teenage years. Despite heavy upper body weight lifting and regular exercise, he has not been able to change his chest contour. He is otherwise very fit at 5’8” and 162lbs. He notices slightly more fullness on the left than right side. He underwent gynecomastia reduction through a circumareolar approach with a small amount of liposuction to taper the chest contour. Total liposuction volume 150cc.
