    A 56 year old women had placement of custom cheek implants, an upper blepharoplasty, and a lower blepharoplasty with canthopexy. Five months later, she underwent a sub-SMAS facelift with platysmal plication.
    This is her postoperative result, 8 months after periorbital surgery and 3 months after facelift.
