    33 yo mother of 3, 5'5", 138lbs. Wanted more volume, lifting and symmetry after breast feeding. I performed sub-muscular augmentation through an infra-mammary incision. 425cc moderate-plus silicone gel on the right. 450cc moderate-plus silicone gel on the left. The post-op photos are at 3 months.
