This 71 year old woman had a basal cell cancer removed with Mohs surgery resulting in a wound of her left lateral upper lip. The lip was repaired by advancing the entire remaining lip tissue to left of the wound into the defect by making an incision along the natural smile line between her cheek and lip (melolabial crease). She is shown 3 months post-operative.
