35 year old woman with severe breast asymmetry. An implant would not yield a natural result or symmetry. Patient had liposuction and natural breast reconstruction with fat transplantation. At six months (center) and at one year (right) the result is stable demonstrating much better symmetry and a natural long lasting breast reconstruction that will not require implant changes over her lifetime.
