    Patient has avoided the dentist for decades due to fear of the dentist. None of the teeth were extracted. Under sedation the doctor removed the decay in the teeth, performed root canals as needed, and placed several mini-implants. Patient left the office with no discomfort and with a temporary bridge. The bridgework was completed from start to finish in just 6 weeks.
