This is a 26 year old woman with small breasts that presented for breast augmentation. On exam, she had A/B cup breasts without evidence of breast ptosis. She sized herself to a 375ml moderate plus implant based on in office sizing and computer simulation. She underwent a dual plane breast augmentation though a infra-mammary (IMF) incision. She well after surgery with only minimal bruising and swelling. At 2 months after surgery, her breasts have settled and the scars are beginning to mature.
