    This 22 year old female from New Orleans had a complaint of abnormally large ear lobes from large ear lobe piercings ("ear gauges"). She desired reconstruction of her ears so that they would appear more more natural. She underwent ear lobe reconstruction utilizing a "Z-plasty" technique.
