Mother of three, all delivered through C-section. On physical examination, the patient had a well-healed surgical scar in the Pfannenstiel position. There were no masses palpable. There was no hernia or diastasis of note. There was redundancy of the skin and fat sufficient to warrant a full abdominoplasty. Also some liposuction along the posterior waist and upper flank.
