    27 year old wanting to correct a large, protuberant nose and down turned tip. Rhinoplasty Surgery removed her dorsal hump and further refined her bridge. Cephalic Strip and Vertical Dome Division Procedures were also performed. Cartilage strut and shield grafts were placed resulting in a refined, lifted tip.
