Rhinoplasty

Patient suffering from nasal obstruction causing functional breathing problems and not satisfied with cosmetic appearence. Distortion and asymmetry of nasal tip and disproportion of nasal bridge to facial features. In addition, patient did not like downward projection of tip. Computer modeling prior to surgery with surgical results performed to patient's satisfaction. A closed approach was used to avoid external scars. Marked improvement of breathing function with dramatic symptomatic relief and cosmetic appearance.
