    Patient desired improvment of nasal bridge and shape and downward angle of nasal tip. Computer model made pre-operative then executed to patient's satisfaction. The bridge profile was refined and lowered. The tip was refined to appear more defined and rotated up. A closed approach was used to avoid risk of external scars.
