Single implant and crown central incisor

Patient presented with a failing right central incisor. The right central incisor was extracted and a Straumann Bone level implant was placed. The abutment is Zirconium and the final crown is all ceramic. Porcelain was bonded to the Zirconium abutment to allow for bonding of the crown. The left central incisor is all ceramic bonded to natural tooth structure.
