Our 29 year old breast augmentation patient came to see us looking for fuller, symmetrical and natural appearing breasts.Two pregnancies left her breasts deflated and slightly droopy. She was also concerned that her left breast drooped lower than her right breast. Her surgery consisted of general anesthesia with a Board Certified Anesthesiologist in which smooth round saline implants were surgically placed under the muscle through the inframammary fold (under the breast fold).
