This 29-year old patient who was interested in breast revision surgery, the patient is post breast augmentation surgery in 2004 with 350cc, textured anatomical shape, silicone breast implants. Due to “bottoming out” (inferior migration of the implants) and “symmastia” (occurs when two implants touch one another in the center of the chest) the patient was unhappy with the results of her previous surgery (performed by another surgeon). In order to achieve her desired look, correction of implant mal-position with internal sutures and liposuction of the chest area. Round, moderate plus profile 525cc silicone-gel breast implants were used in both breasts. The patient is now 1-month post-op surgery and is happy with her new appearance and the dramatic improvments.
