This is a 45 year old (5'5", 128lbs) woman who has developed ptosis (drooping) of the breasts following childbirth. She wished to be lifted, but not much larger. Her pre-op bra size was 36 C/D. This was accomplished with a a vertical mastopexy (lift) that included a small subpectoral augmentation utilizing a 150cc saline prothesis to give superior fill. 3 months later she is well healed. The breasts are elevated and the nipple areola higher. Her bra size remained relatively unchanged at 36 C/D.
