This is a 36 year old woman (5'8", 146 lbs) from Albany NY who presented with laxity of the lower abdomen, stretch marks and an old appendectomy scar. She also had postpartum loss of breast volume. We remedied all of these issues with a full abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), liposuction of the hips and a breast augmentation utilizing saline implants placed under the breast muscle. Three months later, the patient is well healed and very happy that the mommy makeover succeeded in helping her regain her pre-child birth form. The abdomen is flat and the stretch marks are less noticeable. The lateral (side) profile presents an ideal shape and silhouette and curves ever so slightly inward at the mid-abdomen before transitions into the lower belly and down through the hips.
